The trimming motor (7) is located above a sliding plate platform (5) at the back of a front pillar roller (9) of the cloth pulling machine; a gap exists between the bottom surface of the horizontal bottom plate (8a) of the angle iron frame and the upper surface of the sliding plate platform (5); a through sliding plate straight groove (5a) is formed in the position, right facing the cutter (6), of the sliding plate platform, and the bottom of the cutter (6) is embedded in the sliding plate straight groove (5a). When the cloth pulling machine is used for pulling cloth, the automatic trimming device automatically trims the cloth, trimming is carried out automatically by the machine, trimming is tidy and consistent, and the edge alignment effect of the cloth pulling machine is improved.
