Fabric transfer printing process

The invention discloses a fabric transfer printing process which comprises the following process procedure of material preparation, coating, compounding and stripping. A series of problems of air pollution, low production efficiency, concentration floatation and the like caused by solvent based coating used in a traditional process are solved. According to the technical scheme, the fabric transfer printing process is characterized in that in the material preparation procedure, prepared materials are stirred and mixed according to a formula to acquire fabric transfer printing coating used in the coating procedure, wherein the formula comprises, by mass, 100 parts of epoxy resin modified polyurethane, 10 parts of toluidine modified dicyandiamide, 3 to 7 parts of a brightening agent and 5 parts of porcelain powder. The fabric transfer printing process has the following beneficial effects that a high-performance environment-friendly adhesive is used for production and processing, and the phenomenon that toxic organic matter is generated and volatilized to hurt the human body of a worker and pollute the atmosphere is avoided; the solid content is 90% or above, efficiency is high when solid is used for production and processing, storage is stable at the normal temperature, and transfer is convenient; the solid content is high, the solid is not prone to volatilization, and the repeatability among batches is good; and the fabric transfer printing process can be used for traditional transfer printing equipment and easy to popularize.
