Hot riveting assembly

The invention relates to a hot riveting assembly. A lifting assembly drives the hot riveting assembly to press downwards, and hot melting riveting is carried out on a product. Heating pipes are heated, heat is transmitted to heating blocks, and the heat is transmitted to hot melting columns through heat guiding plates, wherein the hot melting columns are connected with the heat guiding plates. In the downward pressing process, pre-press heads make contact with the product firstly, the product is positioned, and the stability and accuracy of the hot melting process are guaranteed. The pre-press heads can stretch and contract, and therefore the product can be prevented from being pressed damaged. After pre-pressing, the product is positioned, the lifting assembly continues to descend, hot melting heads make contact with the part, on which hot melting needs to be carried out, of the product for hot melting riveting. Positioning and hot melting riveting are integrated, the structure is simple, and use is convenient. Lower thermal isolation plates can be rapidly switched, and the hot riveting assembly can adapt to pre-pressing and hot riveting of different products and different positions through replacement of the different lower thermal isolation plates.
