The invention relates to a clamping positioning mechanism capable of clamping a needle-shaped product. A clamping positioning installing plate is installed on clamping positioning supports. A lifting air cylinder is installed on the back of the clamping positioning installing plate. Lifting sliding rails are arranged on the front face of the clamping positioning installing plate and provided with lifting sliding blocks. A piston rod of the lifting air cylinder is provided with a lifting connecting plate provided with a connecting block, and the connecting block and the lifting sliding blocks are fixedly connected. A clamping air cylinder installing plate is arranged at the lower portion of the connecting block. An upper clamping air cylinder is arranged on the rear side of the lower portion of the clamping air cylinder installing plate, and a lower clamping air cylinder is arranged on the front side of the lower portion of the clamping air cylinder installing plate. Upper clamping blocks are arranged on the upper clamping air cylinder, and lower clamping blocks are arranged on the lower clamping air cylinder. The upper clamping blocks and the lower clamping blocks can stably clamp the upper end and the lower end of the needle-shaped product, it can be guaranteed that the product cannot swing in the installing process, and accordingly, the assembling accuracy and stability are improved; and the labor intensity of workers is lowered, and the production cost is reduced.
