The work platform is arranged between the first support and the second support. The two ends of the work platform are connected with the rotating shafts on the top of the first support and the top of the second support through the connection arms respectively. The power device is connected with the work platform to drive the work platform to rotate. The work platform comprises a plurality of limit components which are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the work platform in the length direction of the work platform. The limit components are used for limiting and fixing the work platform in the horizontal direction. The compressing components are used for fastening and fixing the work platform in the vertical direction. According to the technical scheme, the carrier bar manufacturing device has the advantages that during the welding process, the stress deformation caused by heating is small, and cooling deformation after welding is small.
