Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an aluminum-based bearing material with low abrasion loss. The aluminum-based bearing material with low abrasion loss is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-90 parts of aluminum, 5-8 parts of zinc, 3-4 parts of niobium, 1-2 parts of magnesium, 0.5-1 part of iridium, 3-4 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene powder, 0.8-1.5 parts of molybdenum disulfide, 2-3 parts of stearic acid, 0.6-1 part of methylcellulose, 1-1.5 parts of graphite, 0.7-1 part of mullite powder, 0.6-0.7 part of polyamide wax micro powder, 0.3-0.5 part of manganese sulfide and a proper amount of oleic acid. The bearing material prepared by the invention has the characteristics of excellent abrasion resistance and low friction force; meanwhile, the material is excellent in self-lubricating property and is a good material for preparing sliding bearings.
