The method comprises the steps that sedimentated stanniferous fine silt slurry leached in the process of producing sodium stannate through an alkaline hydrolysis method is adopted as raw materials, and the aim of fast sedimentating the stanniferous fine silt slurry solid particles is achieved through preparation of Arabic gum and polyacrylamide composite flocculant, control over the addition of the composite flocculant, stirring of the stanniferous fine silt slurry after adding of the composite flocculant, control over holding temperature and the like. The efficient method is provided for liquid-solid separation of stanniferous fine silt slurry in the sodium stannate production process, compared with the process, according to the method, the solid particles are fast in sedimentation and high in production efficiency, originally supernatant is drawn after sedimentation is carried out for a month, liquid-solid separation cannot be effectively carried out on the stanniferous fine silt slurry, treatment can be completed only within one day at present, labor intensity is low, an obtained solution can be used for producing sodium stannate products, and the direct yield is increased. Stanniferous fine slurry residues can be returned to be manufactured into production raw materials of sodium stannate, and secondary utilization of stanniferous materials is achieved.
