The traditional Chinese medicine concentration process medicine liquid density on-line detection method comprises following steps: (1) firstly, a liquid outlet valve of a scraper blade enricher in a traditional Chinese medicine concentration device is closed, a Chinese medical extract is delivered into the scraper blade enricher, a stirring paddle in the scraper blade enricher is turned on, a vacuum valve and a cooling water valve of a condenser are opened, a steam valve communicated with the scarper blade enricher is opened, and steam is delivered into the scraper blade enricher; (2) a liquid outlet valve of the scraper blade enricher is opened, and a screw pump is turned on so as to obtain medicine liquid circulation among the scraper blade enricher, the condenser, and the screw pump; and (3) a mass flowmeter is used for realizing real-time on-line determination of the density of the medicine liquid in the scraper blade enricher.
