Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses rose fresh water and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the rose fresh water includes the following steps that roses are arranged in a reactor, and vacuumizing is conducted; then reduced pressure distillation is conducted, condensate is collected, and then the rose fresh water is obtained. The application of the rose fresh water to preparing products with at least one of the functions of skin whitening, age defying, free radical scavenging and tyrosinase restraining is provided. The preparation method is simple and practicable, no organic solvent is contained, no additive is contained, and safety is achieved. The rose fresh water can be applied to preparation of food, healthcare products and cosmetics.
