The invention discloses a micro coffee bean roaster which comprises a base, a supporting frame, a transparent drum, a driving device, a stirring assembly and one or more layers of heating units, and further comprises a control device, wherein the supporting frame is arranged on the base; the transparent drum is arranged on the supporting frame, is movably connected with the supporting frame, and can obliquely swing relative to the supporting frame; one end of the driving device is fixed on the base; the other end of the driving device is connected with the feed opening end of the transparent drum; the stirring assembly is arranged in the transparent drum, connected with a second driving device, and driven by the second driving device to stir coffee beans placed in the transparent drum; the heating units are distributed on the wall of the transparent drum; the control device is electrically connected with the driving device, the second driving device and the heating units, and controls the driving device, the second driving device and the heating units to work, so as to roast the coffee beans.
