Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an automatic material stirring and throwing device for pleurotus eryngii cultivation as well as application of the device. The device comprises a stirring mechanism and a material throwing mechanism which are sequentially arranged in the raw material conveying direction, wherein the stirring mechanism comprises a stirring box; the top of the stirring box adopts a semi-closed structure; an opening, namely a first feeding inlet, is formed in the top at the end, far away from the material throwing mechanism, of the stirring box; a material conveying cylinder is connected with the end, near the first feeding inlet, of the stirring box through an air cylinder; a first gear motor is arranged on the upper surface, positioned at the closed part, at the top of the stirring box; a rotating shaft perpendicular to the raw material conveying direction is horizontally arranged in the stirring box; a plurality of circles of spiral material stirring blades wind around the outer surface of the rotating shaft in the length direction of the rotating shaft, and are divided in the length direction of the rotating shaft into two identical and symmetrical parts, namely first spiral material stirring blades and second spiral material stirring blades; the rotating shaft and a motor rotating shaft on the first gear motor are parallel to each other, and are in transmission connection through a gear set arranged outside the stirring box.
