Zusammenfassung:	The treatment method involves the steps of using sludge and kitchen garbage as raw material, heating the raw material with animal oil, fish oil and vegetable oil in a closed vessel while reducing the pressure in three stages, in initial treatment stage, the pressure is 100-300 mm Hg lower than the normal pressure, in middle treatment stage pressure is 500-700mmHg lower, ad in last treatment stage pressure is 700-750 mmHg lower, thus separating and evaporating the water in raw material, and then squeezing the dehydrated material to separate it into oil component and solid substance, i.e. proteinous substance.
