Novel dynamic admission control method

The invention discloses a novel dynamic admission control method, and the method comprises the steps: a) sending an access request; b) executing the step c) if there is an available resource, or else, executing step d); c) calculating a preferred value of a call request, and enabling the call with the highest priority to be accessed; d) calculating the mean sequence length; e) discarding a data package according to a directly proportional packet loss probability; f) executing step g) if there are enough resources when a call of the system leaves, or else, executing step d); g) calculating a dynamic preferred value and enabling the call with the highest priority to be accessed. The method enables the call with the highest preferred value to be accessed if there is an available resource, and gives consideration to user service quality and operator benefits. When there is a call leaving, the call with the lowest preferred value is accessed, and the balance of all call accesses is maintained.
