Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a plastic packaging mould with irregular-shaped tooth sockets and a method for removing excessive glue. The plastic packaging mould comprises a mould body and at least one tooth socket, wherein the tooth sockets are formed on four sides of the mould body and used for accommodating pins of a lead frame; and each side of each tooth socket is sunken away from a pin of the lead frame to form a sunken portion, so that the tooth sockets are in irregular shapes to increase the area thereof and then increase the area for stamping waste plastics. The plastic packaging mould has the advantages that the area of the tooth sockets is increased by utilizing the irregular-shaped tooth sockets, so that the width of lateral excessive glue is also increased, then the area for removing the lateral excessive glue from the waste plastic stamping mould is increased, meanwhile, the connection surfaces between the excessive glue and the lead frame and between the excessive glue and the product body are kept unchangeable, and the cohesive force is also unchangeable; removing lateral waste plastics from the waste plastic stamping mould is feasible and effective, and the pins are not damaged in the process due to sufficient width. |
