Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a heat-transfer cement cable package method in the cable filed. Conductive cores are wrapped by a cable sheath; conductive wires are distributed in each conductive core at intervals; and gaps between the conductive cores are filled with heat-transfer cement. At the place of a wire die at the entrance of a stranding machine, while copper wires or aluminium wire conductive wires pass, the cable sheaths are extruded through a cable sheath extruder, and the heat-transfer cement is filled between the conductive cores in the cable sheath through a heat-transfer cement extruder. The heat-transfer cement is formed by adding aluminium powders or graphite powders to rubber, and then, carrying out mixing and dissolving through rubber solvent naphtha. The heat-transfer cement is filled between the conductive cores, so that heat dissipation can be realized favorably and copper use amount is reduced, and conductive performance of the cable is ensured. The method is suitable for dissipating heat of the cable and the manufacture method. |
