The invention discloses a vehicle parking positioning system. The vehicle parking positioning system comprises an information manager and at least one group of parking sensing unit, each parking sensing unit is a combination of one or multiple of a proximity sensing part, an optical sensing part or a contact sensing part, each parking sensing unit is composed of a pair of sensors and a sensing object, the sensors and the corresponding sensing object are respectively installed on any one of a vehicle and the ground, the sensors provide sensing information for the information manager, and the information manager is disposed on a machine station managing ground parking-space parking or the vehicle and manages a parking state. A bicycle locking pile is not be disposed at a bicycle rental site any longer, so a space is greatly saved; the more than one parking sensing units are disposed, so, in an unattended condition, returned bicycles in the bicycle rental site are neatly and orderly arranged by utilizing users' autonomous parking, operation cost is effectively lowered, the human cost input is reduced, and the beauty of the appearance of a city is improved.
