Zusammenfassung:	An embodiment of the invention provides a nutrition catering method for a dining hall. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) obtaining user registration information and/or historical user consumption data; (2) performing nutritional analysis on a user according to the user registration information and/or historical user consumption data, and providing a nutritional analysis result; and (3) performing intelligent nutrition catering according to the nutritional analysis result. According to the nutrition catering method, nutritional statuses of dining hall consumers can be improved without the need for increasing specialized manpower.
