The method comprises: starting the controlled silicon at a water absorption phase when cooking starts to heat the content of the rice cooker; judging whether the temperature of the content reaches a first preset temperature; and when the temperature of the content reaches the first preset temperature, closing the controlled silicon, and entering a heating phase when the closing time of the controlled silicon reaches a first preset time. The method and the device solve the technical problem that the service lives of components are shortened due to too high temperature of the controlled silicon. |
