Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a PLC-based precision cutting numerical control machine tool. The PLC-based precision cutting numerical control machine tool comprises a PLC, a CNC processor, sensors, an X-direction motor and a Y-direction motor, wherein the PLC is internally provided with the CNC processor, the PLC is respectively connected with the sensors, the X-direction motor and the Y-direction motor through signal interfaces, and each sensor comprises a sensing unit, a conversion unit and a signal adjusting circuit. According to the invention, the mechanical trigger type sensors are employed, the sensors are triggered through controlling motion of a lathe tool, the PLC transmits signals obtained by the sensors to a numerical control system, and then the system carries out corresponding data processing. Connecting lines between the mechanical trigger type sensors and the input extension end of the PLC are simple and are easy to maintain, and compared to other conventional sensors, the cost is decreased. |
