The invention discloses a line safety intelligent auxiliary monitoring system, for the purposes of marking up for the problem of randomness in the execution process of power safety rules and applying an auxiliary supervision checkup effect on rigid execution of the safety rules. The system is composed of an insulation operating lever, a wireless data transmission module, a host and a terminal. The insulation operating level is provided with a contact switch, a resistance detector and an electronic gyroscope, and the wireless data transmission module sends acquisition data on the insulation operating lever to the host; the host internally comprises a wireless data receiving module, a voice alarm module, a GPS positioning module and a GPRS data transmission module; the host is connected with a grounding resistance controller and a grounding depth sensor through an aviation plug, and the grounding resistance controller and the grounding depth sensor are arranged on the grounding pole of the insulation operating lever; and the terminal comprises a scheduling center and a PDA mobile phone. The line safety intelligent auxiliary monitoring system effectively improves the reliability of a grounding line in maintenance work and reduces safety hidden risks caused by the grounding line.
