Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of voltage test of electronic equipment, and specifically relates to a device and a method for sampling and detecting multiple paths of voltages. The device comprises a detection result output module and a plurality of voltage detection modules in one-to-one correspondence to a plurality of power signal output ends of a power supply to be detected, wherein each voltage detection module comprises a detected voltage amplification and attenuation module, an A/D sampling module and a voltage calculation module; the voltage calculation module generates a V-T curve data according to the received sampling voltage value and the detected time and outputs the data to the detection result output module; and the detection result output module converts the V-T curve data into signals which can be processed by a display terminal and outputs the signals. The plurality of voltage detection modules arranged inside the device can simultaneously detect a plurality of voltage signals of the power supply to be detected; and the mean of each path of voltage signals, the voltage peak and the voltage trough can be detected by selecting the detection type, and the voltage value at each moment is drawn into a voltage-time (V-T0 curve diagram.
