More specifically, the traditional Chinese medicine alcohol precipitation technological process pH on-line detection method comprises following steps: a cylinder is operated; a pH meter detection probe is inserted into an alcohol precipitation tank; stirring is maintained, and on-line detection of drug liquid pH value is realized by using the pH meter probe; a pH adjusting agent is injected into the alcohol precipitation tank in batches by using a metering pump, and pH value of the drug liquid after each time of adding of the pH adjusting agent is detected; after pH value detection, the pH meter probe is removed out from the alcohol precipitation tank by using the cylinder, and is inserted into a pH meter protection cavity base body; a circulating pump is turned on so as to fill an inner chamber of the pH meter protection cavity base body with a KCl protection liquid.
