The invention discloses a wireless ultrasonic water level instrument. The wireless ultrasonic water level instrument comprises an ultrasonic probe module for converting an electric pulse signal into an ultrasonic signal to be sent to the outside and receiving a returned ultrasonic signal, an ultrasonic signal processing module for producing and sending a certain-frequency pulse signal to an ultrasonic probe and processing the received ultrasonic signal, a microcontroller module for controlling ultrasonic signal sending of the ultrasonic probe module and ultrasonic signal processing of the ultrasonic signal processing module and calculating the water level height according to the processed ultrasonic signal, and a wireless data transceiver module for outwards sending the water level height calculated by the microcontroller module in a wireless mode and forwarding outwards sent working parameter data of the ultrasonic probe module and the ultrasonic signal processing module to the microcontroller module. The wireless ultrasonic water level instrument can omit earlier-stage complicated wiring process and save the cost.
