Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a determining method for the sizes of vibration reduction holes of a valve. The determining method includes the following steps that firstly, the total lift of the vibration reduction holes needing to be formed in a main valve disc in the valve is equally divided into multiple lifting ranges, and grooves and groove sizes planning to be formed and set are planned to be determined on a valve sleeve; secondly, unloading holes and unloading hole sizes are planned to be determined in the part, corresponding to one lift range, of the main valve disc; thirdly, the internal flow field characteristic of the valve is calculated through flow field numerical simulation; fourthly, the unbalanced force, exerted on the main valve disc, in the opening direction is obtained according to the flow field characteristic; fifthly, if the unbalanced force in the fourth step meets the preset condition, all the unloading hole sizes meeting the requirement are given; sixthly, the lift of the main valve disc is adjusted, the second step, the third step, the fourth step and the fifth step are repeated, and the unloading hole sizes meeting the requirement of the rest of the lifts in one lift range in the second step are given; and seventhly, the second step, the third step, the fourth step, the fifth step and the sixth step are repeated, and the corresponding unloading hole sizes in the rest of the lift ranges are given. By means of the determining method for the sizes of the vibration holes of the valve, the sizes of the vibration reduction holes of the valve can be quantitatively determined. |
