The invention discloses a waterproof- plate laying device for a tunnel, and solves the problems that a conventional laying manner is low in laying precision and high in labor strength of workers. The laying device disclosed by the invention comprises a walking device, a winding/unwinding device which is arranged on the walking device and used for winding/unwinding waterproof plates, a rolling and pressing device which is arranged on the walking device and used for pressing the waterproof plates on tunnel walls, and an adjusting device which is arranged on the rolling and pressing device and used for adjusting the angle of the rolling and pressing device. Through the adoption of the laying device disclosed by the invention, the precision of laying the waterproof plates is improved; the waterproof plates are prevented from greatly wrinkling; the waterproofness of the waterproof plates is improved; besides, the labor strength of workers is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
