The invention discloses a glass door structure of an electric oven. The glass door structure comprises a door frame and single-layer glass, wherein the single-layer glass is embedded in the door frame; the surfaces on both sides of the single-layer glass are separately plated with a heat-insulating film; and a door handle is fixedly connected onto the upper part of the single-layer glass. According to the glass door structure of the electric oven disclosed by the invention, the single-layer glass, of which the surfaces on the two sides are separately plated with the corresponding heat-insulating film, is adopted, and a heat-insulating glass material is adopted by the single-layer glass, so that the product cost can be effectively reduced; and meanwhile, the weight of the electric oven is also reduced, so that the electric oven is more portable.
