Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an Esflol gene sequence for improving hepatopancreas glycogen storage and application of the Esflol gene sequence. The overall length of an ORF (open reading frame) in the Esflol gene sequence is 1281bp, and the Esflol gene sequence has a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO.1. A corresponding amino acid sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO.2, 426 amino acids are coded in the amino acid sequence, a protein theory isoelectric point of sequence coding is 9.150, and molecular weight is 47.18kD. Experiment results show that an albuminoid Esflol gene of Eriocheir sinensis flotilin is screened and cloned, expression quantity of the Esflol gene is increased by 2.8 times, and the overall length of a molecule of the Esflol gene is subjected to sequence analysis; after the Esflol gene of the Eriocheir sinensis is subjected to RNA (ribonucleic acid) interference, glucose level of an organism is decreased to promote glycogen to be stored in the liver. Thus, the Esflol gene sequence is capable of promoting the glycogen to be stored in the liver, improving nutrient content of cooked Eriocheir sinensis and increasing flavor of the cooked Eriocheir sinensis. |
