The invention relates to a grouting reinforcement material for a humid or open water environment and a preparation method for the grouting reinforcement material. The grouting reinforcement material is composed of double components A and B, wherein the component A is mainly composed of 90-95 parts of silicate and 3-7 parts of hydrophilic small molecular polyhydric alcohol; the component B is mainly composed of 10-30 parts of polyether polyol and 40-80 parts of polyisocyanate. The invention further comprises the preparation method for the grouting reinforcement material. The grouting reinforcement material provided by the invention has the advantages of being high in mechanical strength, low in viscosity, good in permeability, adjustable in reaction time, low in highest reaction temperature, free of any volatile solvents, good in flame retardancy, low in price, convenient to construct and the like. The grouting reinforcement material is specially used for grouting reinforcement of cracks in the humid or open water environment.
