The method comprises the following steps: stirring and dissolving bisphenol A, a basic catalyst and polyhydric alcohol to homogeneous phase, replacing with nitrogen, continuously introducing propylene oxide, aging, neutralizing, dehydrating and finely preparing, thereby obtaining polyether polyol. As bisphenol A, the basic catalyst and polyhydric alcohol are used as an initial system to synthesize polyether polyol, the cost is lowered, the operation is simple, and the operation process can be greatly shortened.
