Clean and environmental-protection bleaching powder production process

The present invention discloses a clean and environmental-protection bleaching powder production process, which comprises: (1) carrying out a dry digestion reaction on quicklime to obtain slaked lime; (2) adding the slaked lime to a chlorination device, introducing chlorine gas into the chlorination device through a chlorine gas control system, and carrying out a chlorination reaction to obtain bleaching powder and dust-containing and chlorine-containing tail gas; and (3) introducing the dust-containing and chlorine-containing tail gas into a first-stage water washing tower to obtain a chlorinated tail gas alkaline washing solution, carrying out an absorption reaction on the alkaline washing solution as a second-stage absorption tower absorption solution and the chlorine gas in the tail gas to obtain clean water vapor and an absorption solution, discharging the obtained clean water vapor from an emptying pipe, and adopting the absorption solution as the water for lime digestion in the digestion system. According to the present invention, the digestion-waste gas treatment integrated pulse dust removing process is used to treat the produced dust waste steam so as to avoid the pipeline from being clogged by dust and the external discharge pollution; and the process has characteristics of no dust clogging, no three-waste discharge, and clean environmental protection.
