The invention discloses an installation method for an electrical cabinet surrounding plate of a railway vehicle. The installation method comprises the following main steps: assembling a main structure of the electrical cabinet surrounding plate below the vehicle, and using location pins for ensuring that a spring adjustment mechanism is in a compressed state; installing a guide groove and a first connecting piece at specific positions of the vehicle; pushing in the electrical cabinet surrounding plate along the guide groove, and inserting the electrical cabinet surrounding plate in the first connecting piece; fixing the surrounding plate with the floor of the vehicle and the dividing wall of the vehicle through a second connecting piece and a third connecting piece; pulling out the location pins on the spring adjustment mechanism, bouncing a base under the action of a spring and enabling the base to be abutted against the top plate of the vehicle, then connecting the base with the top plate of the vehicle by virtue of screws, and inserting the location pins in a second pin hole and a pin hole in the top of a surrounding plate frame; and pressing a rotary panel of the spring adjustment mechanism, and enabling the inner side surface of the rotary panel to be in close contact with a bonding buckle on the front surface of the surrounding plate frame, thus installation for the electrical cabinet surrounding plate is finished. The installation method disclosed by the invention is especially suitable for installation for electrical cabinet surrounding plates in narrow spaces, simple, and high in installation efficiency.
