Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a trailer power output device and a tractor and relates to the technical field of tractors. The trailer power output device and the tractor aim to solve the problem that a tractor in the prior art is poor in use performance. The trailer power output device comprises a driving bevel gear assembly, a driven bevel gear assembly, a combining sleeve and a manipulation mechanism. A driving bevel gear in the driving bevel gear assembly is rotationally connected with a clutch shaft of a clutch through a needle bearing; a driven bevel gear in the driven bevel gear assembly is meshed with the driving bevel gear, and the end, far away from the clutch shaft, of the driven bevel gear is provided with a trailer gear pump installation groove; the clutch shaft is sleeved with the combining sleeve; the manipulation mechanism is connected with the combining sleeve and drives the combining sleeve to axially move along the clutch shaft so that the combining sleeve can be combined with or separated from the driving bevel gear. The trailer power output device is used for improving use performance of the tractor.
