Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an installation structure lowering the vibration of vehicle transmission shafts. The installation structure comprises an inner transmission shaft and an outer transmission shaft. A supporting mechanism is arranged at the position, close to an inner joint, on the inner transmission shaft and comprises a supporting base, a bearing and a spring collar. The inner transmission shaft is a stepped shaft composed of a thick section and a thin section, and the bearing is arranged on the thin section of the inner transmission shaft in a close sleeving mode and is attached to the end surface of the thick section. The supporting base is provided with a ferrule and is arranged on the bearing in a sleeving mode through the ferrule. An annular clamping groove is formed in the inner wall of the side, towards the thick section of the inner transmission shaft, of the ferrule, the spring collar is located in the clamping groove, the difference between the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the spring collar is greater than the depth of the clamping groove so that the spring collar can protrude towards the circle enter of the ferrule, and the protrusion part of the spring collar forms a limiting ring. According to the invention, overall shifting of the transmission shafts can be reduced so that the vibration and noise of vehicles can be lowered and the NVH performance can be improved; abrasion of the transmission shafts can be reduced, the assembly accuracy can be improved, and the two ends can be concentric. |
