Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses sleeving equipment for a large shaft and a shaft sleeve. The circumference of the shaft sleeve is provided with a disc. A quick assembling mechanism comprises a rectangular frame, a connecting plate and a gland plate. The shaft is vertically placed in the rectangular frame. The shaft is sleeved with the shaft sleeve, and the disc of the shaft sleeve is supported by the top of the rectangular frame. The connecting plate is fixed on the top of the shaft through screws. The center of the bottom of the gland plate is hollowed out. The upper side of the connecting plate is covered with the gland plate, and a gap is reserved between the gland plate and the screws. The edge of the bottom of the gland plate abuts against the upper end face of the shaft sleeve. A lag screw vertically penetrates through the center of the gland plate and is tensioned together with the connecting plate. The periphery of the lag screw is surrounded by the screws. The rectangular frame is formed by welding square steel. The sleeving equipment is simple in structure, ingenious in design, capable of carrying out clamping and positioning conveniently and rapidly, specially suitable for assembling large-sized shaft type parts and shaft sleeves, and reliable in quality, and ensures that assembling requirements are met after mounting. |
