Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an efficient pressing and positioning assembly for a pump. The efficient pressing and positioning assembly comprises a bottom plate and a top plate. A big-end-up step hole is formed in the middle of the top plate. A workpiece positioning hole is formed in the upper section of the step hole. A rotating shaft is fixedly installed on the lower section of the step hole. The lower end of the rotating shaft stretches into a circular hole correspondingly formed in the middle of the bottom plate and is in clearance fit with the circular hole. Workpiece positioning pins are vertically inserted in the top plate. The top plate is provided with workpiece pressing plates used for pressing a workpiece. The bottom plate and the top plate are positioned through two top plate positioning pins and locked in cooperation with two rotating locking assemblies, and the two top plate positioning pins and the two rotating locking assemblies are arranged in a staggered manner. The rotating locking assemblies comprise screws, pins, gaskets and nuts. Rotating handles are vertically arranged on the two opposite side walls of the top plate, and the bottom plate is provided with flush bolt bolts used for fixing the bottom plate. Design is ingenious, and operation is convenient. Two sections of concentric semi arcs in a cavity of the pump can be machined through simple adjustment, and the production efficiency is obviously improved. |
