Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a cadmium-free low-silver brazing material. The brazing material comprises the following components of, by weight, 7-8.5% of Zn, 4.2-5.9% of Al, 2.5-4.5% of Zr, 10.2-14.3% of Ag, 2-4% of Ni, 0.50-0.65% of Ba, 5.5-6.5% of Sn, 3.2-4.2% of rare earth elements and the balance Cu. The brazing material disclosed by the invention has a high capability of moistening red copper, brass, carbon steel, stainless steel, a nickel-based alloy and the like. According to the brazing material, the solidus temperature is 682-707DEG C, and the liquidus temperature is 780-800DEG C; the oxygen content of the brazing material is 0.005%-0.012%; the elongation ratio of the brazing material reaches 18.9%-20.2%, and is increased by 12.5%-20.2%; the tensile strength of the brazing material reaches 569-603MPa, and is improved by 18.0%-25.1%; the silver content is lowered by about 5% on average, so that the brazing material presents good plasticity and high strength, silver resources are saved, and the cost of silver brazing materials is reduced. |
