Device and method for cleaning and classifying nuts

The invention discloses a device and a method for cleaning and classifying nuts. The device mainly comprises a base, a classification box, a filter funnel and a vibration mechanism; the filter funnel comprises a filter funnel box and a filter screen; the classification box is provided with at least two layers, wherein a through hole is formed in a bottom surface of each layer and the diameter of the through hole is gradually reduced from a top layer to a bottom layer. The vibration mechanism drives the filter funnel to vibrate, so that oil dirt attached to nuts falls off; cleaned nuts are poured into the topmost layer of the classification box, the nuts in the top layer of the classification box fall into corresponding layers via the through hole due to different sizes, and therefore, classification management of the nuts is realized; meanwhile, a cleanser attached to the nuts flows back into the filter funnel due to vibration. The device achieves the effects of cleaning and automatically classifying nuts; the device is simple and effective in mechanism and relatively low in cost; the production efficiency and the convenience of maintenance are improved, and the utilization rate of the cleanser is increased and the cost is reduced; moreover, efficiency classification management of nuts in an existing assembly and maintenance workshop is realized and consumption of manpower and material resources is reduced.
