Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a tailing recovery process adopting a magnetic separation-circulating roasting-regrinding and magnetic separation method. The tailing recovery process is characterized in that magnetic separation, third-section hydrocyclone closed circuit grinding and classification operation, circulating roasting, and regrinding and fifth-section low-intensity magnetic separation are adopted. According to the tailing recovery process disclosed by the invention, tailings in third-section low-intensity magnetic separation, fourth-section low-intensity magnetic separation and fifth-section low-intensity magnetic separation are returned to a concentration operation before roasting, and subjected to roasting, grinding and separation again, so that effective recovery for iron minerals is realized under relatively large grinding particle sizes, and the tailing grade is low, thus the good indexes of a concentrate grade of more than 63% and a metal recovery rate of more than 57% are obtained.
