Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an integrated tubular ultrafiltration membrane assembly and particularly relates to tubular-ultrafiltration-membrane integrated devices for sewage treatment. The integrated tubular ultrafiltration membrane assembly disclosed by the invention consists of a concentrated water outlet (1), water sealing collars (2), a movable cover plate (3), a water outlet (4), membrane filaments (5), tubular ultrafiltration membranes (6), ultrafiltration membrane pipe water inlet holes (7), an upper water baffle (8), a bag filter (9), a raw water inlet (10), a cleaning water inlet 1 (11), a cleaning water inlet 2 (12), a lower water baffle (13) and a stainless-steel box body (14). The tubular ultrafiltration membranes (6) are filled with the membrane filaments (5), the ultrafiltration membrane pipe water inlet holes (7) are uniformly formed in the external surfaces of the tubular ultrafiltration membranes (6), and gas-dissolved cleaning water is introduced into the cleaning water inlet 1 (11) and can be in full contact with the surfaces of the membrane filaments (5) so as to clean the external surfaces of the membrane filaments (5); and meanwhile, gas-dissolved cleaning water is alternatively or simultaneously introduced into the cleaning water inlet 2 (12) and the water outlet (4), so that the membrane filaments (5) can be subjected to reverse cleaning, and thus the prolongation of the service lives of the tubular ultrafiltration membranes is facilitated.
