Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a minimally invasive device for diagnosing and treating a tumor. The device comprises a catheter, a puncture needle, a fiber and a light source. By using the device, the photodynamic therapy can reach a focus of infection in a non-invasive way. A photosensitizer or cancer drug can be injected into the focus of infection through catheter partial injection, and the dosage of expensive photosensitizer and therapeutic drug is reduced. By using a double-balloon catheter, the contact of the tissues around the focus of infection by the photosensitizer or cancer drug can be avoided, and the possibility of the damage of normal tissues and organs is reduced significantly. For a tumor with a deep position or a large size, the puncture needle can go into the internal part of the tumor, the photosensitizer is injected into the internal part of the tumor through the puncture needle, and the tumor is effectively killed or inhibited. By using the device, combined with an optical coherence tomography scanning system, the advantages of rapid imaging, high resolution, high contrast and an easily identified image can be obtained, and the device has an important role in the early diagnosis of cancer. |
