The Niuba comprises the following raw materials by weight: 58 parts of beef, 6 parts of a zinc selenium salt, 0.01 part of sodium nitrate, 2 parts of a Eucommia ulmoides extract, and 2 parts of Maca powder. According to the invention, due to adding of the Eucommia ulmoides extract and Maca powder during preparation, the salted meat prepared by the method provided by the invention has the efficacy of reinforcing kidney and strengthening essence, nourishing yin and producing essence, nourishing heart and benefiting marrow.
