Rotation and cutting dual-purposed trimming device

The invention relates to a rotation and cutting dual-purposed trimming device. According to the invention, driving is controlled by a DC motor which provides enough powder. While the motor rotates forward and backward, shears can perform trimming through opening and closing. A bevel gear is connected below the motor. Force is transmitted through the gear. The bevel gear performs transmission respectively with two large bevel gears. One large bevel gear controls cutter head rotation, and the other large bevel gear controls the opening and closing of the shears. The bevel gear transmits torque and enlarges force effect. Through a certain reduction ratio, the rotation speed of the motor can be reduced to a certain extent. Therefore, difficulties of inadequate motor torque and a bulky large-torque motor are solved. When the cutter head does not work, three cutters can be intelligently retracted according to a crank slider principle, such that the cutters can be prevented from hurting people.
