Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a forming structure of a cutter holder of a rotary cultivator and a manufacturing method, pertaining to agricultural machine parts. The cutter holder is composed of an upper part of the cutter holder and a lower part of the cutter holder. The surface of the upper part of the cutter holder or the lower part of the cutter holder is provided with a hexagonal hole or a circular hole. The combination position for the upper part of the cutter holder and the lower part of the cutter holder is located at the thickness surface of the cutter holder. The upper part of the cutter holder and the lower part of the cutter holder are connected by welding. By utilization of the invention, forming speed of the cutter holder is increased and compressive strength of the cutter holder is also improved. The manufacture convenience of the cutter holder is enhanced. Pollution of modeling sand during convention foundry technology is reduced. The use intensity of the cutter holder is ensured.
