Zusammenfassung:	A transmission requirement determination unit of this working machine determines a required tractive force on the basis of an accelerator operation amount. A working machine requirement determination unit determines a required flow rate on the basis of a working machine operation amount. An engine requirement determination unit determines a required engine horsepower on the basis of a required transmission horsepower that is determined on the basis of the required tractive force and a required working machine horsepower that is determined on the basis of the required flow rate. A required throttling determination unit determines a value of a throttle command to be sent to the engine on the basis of the required engine horsepower. A pump capacity determination unit determines a target capacity of a hydraulic pump on the basis of the required flow rate. When the discharging pressure of the hydraulic pump is equal to or greater than a prescribed pressure threshold value, the working machine requirement determination unit restricts the upper limit of the required flow rate to a prescribed flow rate restriction value.
