METAL PLATE REINFORCED CONCRETE, MANUFACTURING AND APPLICATIONS

This invention relates to a composite material which possesses at least a structural performance. It is metal plate on the surface of a concrete and metal plated a rough surface and then poured into concrete. It is used to make plate shaped or tube shaped members or devices including vacuum pots, 2-layer vacuum members dual plate structural members foldable plate members and corrosion resisting containers. Saidn pipe is more corrosion resistant than steel pipes more resistant to seepage than reinforced concrete pipes. If it is used in strengthening of a structure, it will avoid the trouble in construction work, disappointed appearance, and prestress. If it is used in corrugated plates to produce floor plates, it will avoid the defects of poor shock resisting property for a prestressed concrete hollow floors. It may be made into engineering members and/or devices containing metal plates without smelting and rolling of materials.
