Zusammenfassung:The invention is about a manufacturing method of a gold-rich layer silver-base lead containing solid-phase reactions. The method comprises: firstly, preparing a water solution containing metal ions of calcium, titanium or zirconium irons; adding nano gold powder into the water solution, forming multiple gold particles by the nano gold powder in the water solution, and adsorbing the metal irons on surfaces of the gold particles by utilizing hydrothermal method to form nano core-shell composite gold particles; afterward, filtering the water solution to obtain the solid-phase nano core-shell composite gold particles; placing the solid-phase nano core-shell composite gold particles into a silver solution then to be uniformly stirred and then to form a silver base, thereby enabling the nano core-shell composite gold particles to be uniformly distributed on the silver base; performing two-stage vacuum heat treatment to enable a surface of the silver base to form a gold-rich alloy layer; and, finally, performing wire drawing process on the silver base to form the gold-rich layer silver-base lead containing the solid-phase reactions.
