Circuit protection element and manufacturing process thereof

The invention provides a circuit protection element. The circuit protection element comprises a restorable overcurrent protector and an electrically-induced heater, wherein the restorable overcurrent protector is overlapped with the electrically-induced heater; an insulating spacing layer is arranged between two laminated electrodes of the restorable overcurrent protector and the electrically-induced heater; and the two electrodes share one wiring terminal. Through adoption of the circuit protection element provided by the invention, a protection state is entered rapidly when overcurrent and overvoltage faults occur in a circuit, and a normal state is recovered automatically after clearing of the faults without replacement of a whole circuit board, thereby greatly lowering a capital cost and a time cost on circuit fault clearing, enhancing the user experience, and bringing convenience to popularization and use of products.
