Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a voice-prompting system for informing the hazard of an oil refining and chemical plant, and a voice-prompting method used for informing hazards and conducted based on the above voice-prompting system. The voice-prompting system comprises a voice recording device, a portable voice prompt transmitter having the explosion-proof function, and a signal-receiving and voice-prompting device also having the explosion-proof function. According to the voice-prompting method conducted based on the above voice-prompting system, the shortcoming that the existing visually prompting method is poor in directivity, positionality and timeliness can be improved by adopting the audibly prompting manner.
