Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a method for quickly determining water pump cavitation. According to the method, by adopting a separate calculation principle and calculating an effective cavitation allowance change amount caused by a fluid temperature change, an effective cavitation allowance change amount caused by an entrance liquid level height change and entrance frictional drag after water pump design adjustment, changed effective cavitation allowance is acquired, and the changed effective cavitation allowance is compared with essential cavitation allowance to determine whether the cavitation occurs. According to the method for quickly determining the water pump cavitation, provided by the present invention, independent analysis and determination are performed on possible predisposing factors of the cavitation; each calculation unit can perform independent analysis; and if a certain condition is not changed, the method does not participate in a determination process, thus reducing the calculating steps, quickly and accurately determining whether a water pump is in a cavitation state, and avoiding the problems of inaccuracy and delay caused by a conventional process for performing determination through factors of current, flow, vibration and the like.
