The invention provides a liftable computer external display. The liftable computer external display comprises a display body, an upper support, a scissor-type lifting frame and a base, wherein the upper support is long-strip-shaped; a slide groove is formed in the upper support; the lower side of the display body is movably embedded in the slide groove of the upper support; the bottom surface of the upper support is connected with the top surface of the base through the scissor-type lifting frame; the scissor-type lifting frame adopts a dual-layer "X"-shaped hinged frame structure; a thread adjusting rod for adjusting the lifting of the scissor-type lifting frame is arranged in the middle of the dual-layer "X"-shaped hinged frame structure; two telescopic sleeve pipes are further connected between the bottom surface of the upper support and the top surface of the base on two sides of the scissor-type lifting frame; and reset springs are arranged in the telescopic sleeve pipes. According to the liftable computer external display, the height of the display can be changed very conveniently by adjusting the thread adjusting rod, and the telescopic sleeve pipes on the two sides of the lifting frame are used for guiding, so that the lifting process is very stable; and when colleagues communicate, the display body can be transversely slid on the upper support in a small range, and the operation is very convenient.
